My Experience

Ever since my younger sister came along when I was just 12 years old, I became fascinated by babies and children. Already during my teenage years, I gained a lot of experience not only by looking after my sister, but also by babysitting for a lot of families. After I graduated from high school, I immediately started my career as a nanny in London.

Soon after, I started studying to become a Montessori Early Years Educator, which further deepened my skills and knowledge in the psychology and development of children and how to best support them.

Weaving in the Montessori philosophy, I continued working as a private nanny and very quickly realised what children and their families struggle with the most frequently and that has the largest impact on their lives: sleep.

I became so fascinated by the science of sleep that I wanted to continue my career by helping families with this crucial part in their lives. Sleep impacts every single aspect of our lives from relationships, work, health and more, so it feels deeply meaningful to be able to improve the lives of families every single day.

I feel privileged to have completed the highest level of training in paediatric sleep in the UK at Level 6, so I am confident that I can help you achieve better sleep very soon.
