When I’m not working I am renovating my new home, ice skating, and cooking! I am very organised and have great attention to detail. I am also fun with lots of ideas for assisted and imaginative play.
My Experience
I am currently a Senior Child Support Assistant, providing around the clock care to children and young people with acquired brain injuries and disabilities. As a senior I am a shift leader responsible for administering medication, and coordinating the day for the 8 young people we care for, with the help of my colleagues. I ensure the children have a fun and furfilled day, whilst ensuring that their health needs and medical escalations are tended too.
I am competent in chest management, medication administration, gastronomy feeds and dysphasia.
I am a shift worker so cannot commit to any set days, however I get my rota 6-8 weeks in advance and am happy to work with your schedule where possible :)
