Hi, I am Carolanne and I am 22 years old. I am a student at John Moores University studying Education and Early Years.
My Experience
I have had many years experience babysitting for family members and friends of the family. I am comfortable with children of all ages as I have had experience looking after children from birth to 15 years old. I have younger siblings ages 3 and 7 so I know what is expected in the role of looking after the needs of a child and how to occupy them with activities and relate to them.
I have also completed a 4 week placement and various other placement days within a primary school setting where i worked closely with reception class.
I hold a full DBS certificate which was completed when i began my course. I have no other commitments so I would be available everyday if needed. I have completed a paediatric first aid course in the past so I know how to safely carry out the training if an accident occurred. I have to get an up to date refresher course as the certificate is recently out of date.
