Experience in both schools and private Nanny/babysitter. Have a holist approach to looking after children. I nurture children’s needs whether it is emotional or help reaching developmental milestones. I pride myself in my communication skills and have maintained great working relationships with parents in all settings I have worked in. Currently offering ad hoc babysitting work.
My Experience
I have worked for 4 special needs schools, one mainstream and 4 families (long term - 3 years+). I have also worked as a nanny for a number of families doing ad hoc and emergency childcare, through a Nanny agency. babysitting, school runs and homework support. I have gained an immense amount of experience with a large variety of children's personalities and what works well on an individual basis. I am adaptable and managed to multitask making meals for and with children.
