About Me
Hi! I am a 26-year-old Bristolian currently working as a full-time nanny. I adore working with children and in September I am starting my Early Years Teacher Training at UWE Bristol.
I am passionate about working alongside parents to create a space where children feel comfortable and engaged. I am creative and full of ideas for activities. There's nothing I love more than getting cosy on the sofa with a book before bedtime.
I live in Old Market Bristol and although I have a full UK driving license I do not have my own car. However, the bus links from Old Market throughout Bristol are fantastic with buses going to Totterdown, Knowle, Bedminster, Clifton, Redland, Fishponds, Staple Hill, and more so I would be willing to work anywhere the bus can take me!
My Experience
I have been working as a full-time nanny to children aged 1-4 for the past two years. I have also completed work experience within a nursery and previously worked as a classroom assistant in a Kumon study centre. I also am an auntie to a gorgeous 10-month old baby boy.
My Qualifications
I am an Ofsted registered home childcarer and first aid trained. I have also completed courses in: looking after under 2s, healthy cooking and emotional health and wellbeing.
My Availability
I am looking for some babysitting work for alongside my training. Much of the time I will be on placements Mon-Fri days so could babysit weekday evenings or anytime over the weekend. There will however be times between placements where I would be more available during the weekdays.
