About Me
I work in the education centre in Eastbourne but live in Hove so driving far is not a problem for me. I work the hours of 8 till 4 (sometimes 2/3). I am more than happy to help with late evenings (happy until 1am).
My Experience
I have worked in 3 different school up until present day all ranging from ages of 4/5 to 10. Currently, I am working within East Sussex and supporting children and young people (4 to 16) with transitions into new schools. I have also worked previously as a nanny to two child ages 8 and 13 for over a year. I have special needs experiences as I worked as an INA for 4 years in schools - again all different years. I have first aid, dbs and safeguarding training. I have also worked in nurseries in the school holidays mainly in the toddler rooms but occasional support in baby rooms. I have recently supported a family with children aged 2 and 4 years old before moving house and prior to this, I supported a family with 5 year old twins. I have car and actually do really enjoy driving so distance is not an issue.
My Qualifications
Completed first aid courses within my job along with safeguarding. I have have epi pen training - as epilepsy emergency medication. I have health and social care level 2 from my time in school, plus a level 3 in IT. I have a level 3 in supporting in learning and teaching. DBS check.
I am currently studying childhood and youth studies at university.
My Availability
Any evening from 4 (maybe 3)
