My Experience
I have experience with newborn babies and toddlers.
I follow the EYFS through children's play and development.
I have experience in being a Key Person’s and being responsible for a group of children including monitoring, assessing, recording and reporting on their development and progress;
I provide a happy, stimulating, safe, and secure environment for the children;
I always ensure that all children are treated as individuals and that I am supporting this through my approach to planning in line with the EYFS;
I carry out daily observations and provide a wide variety of activities for the children;
I follow the guidance and requirements as set out in the EYFS;
I support the planning and implementation of activities with individual or groups of children, promoting effective teaching and learning;
Is my responsibility to ensure that every week a new planning with new activities is organised for the key group;
Also, assisting the children during meal times; carrying out the nappy change for the children as many times as needed and assisting during the sleep time;
I deal with any parent/carer issues or concerns in a timely manner;

Working as a part of a team;
Following the safeguarding procedures in line with Local Authority and Company procedures;
Helping with laundry, cleaning and washing duties;
