About Me
I first went into a nursery setting as I was taking a break during education to work out what I wanted to do and within weeks fell in love with my job. Since then my passion for supporting children has influenced my outlook on the world.
In my last setting I was being trained for a management role but decided uni was the best route for me. Taking a course in psychology to specialise in child psychology however I am taking a break from the degree currently.
I am a competitive ballroom dancer which I dedicated some evenings a week too but will not get in the way of my nannying jobs.
Within my Philosophy I take a lot of Montessori ethos into my practises and my work. I am dedicated to assisting each child individually to create a safe and stimulating space for them to grow and explore the environment. As a nanny I enjoy creating lots of messy and explorative play as well as spending a lot of time outside where I feel children learn the best.
I can provide references from my currently employer as well as my previous nursery setting.
My Experience
I have over 7 years of experience working in a nursery setting where I achieved my level 3. The majority of my time in the nursery setting was spent with newborns- 2 years old.
I have nannied since 2019. I have a part time family currently where I have the pleasure of looking after a 4 yr old and a 1 yr old.

I am looking for a second part time family. My Mondays and Thursday am are completely open. I can also work evenings and weekends :)
