My Requirements

We are looking for a nanny happy to do a minimum 35hr week for us (during term time) and 50hrs during off term time (unless we are on holiday, where you would be paid the minimum 35hrs we committed to above). We would consider a live-in or a live-out if they live nearby.

We have a strong preferance for a French speaking nanny who can communicate with the children in French so that they may continue to acquire the language. We want someone who is pro-active, positive, resourceful, caring, patient and commited. Someone doing an online course or other interests to pursue during the day would be an ideal fit given the 'gap' during the term time schedule as listed below:

The approximate schedule is:
Term time (35wks a year):
7-9am: school prep and drop off (drive to drop them off)
3-7pm: school pick up, after school care, dinner and bath
+ any hours needed for meal prep, clean kids areas, etc...
+ one evening babysitting every other week
+ any extra hours if a child is sick and needs to stay in your care


Off-term time (17wks a year) - although we tend to be away for about 9 of those weeks)
8am-6pm (with some flexibility needed)
= 50hrs minimum a week (unless we are away as stated earlier) + any extra hours worked

We would expect this person to take care of everything regarding the children including homework, meal prep, tidying of the children's play area / room and washing. As well as think about fun / educational activities and adventures for them during holidays. We can also offer extra hours if that person wants to help with other tasks around the house - to be discussed.

The person needs to have a valid driving license and comfortable driving in London (no need to own their own car) in order to do school drop off / pick up.

Start date would be early September 2025, although a few (paid) days trial at the end of July would be welcome.
