My Requirements

I am looking for a kind, intelligent and gentle after school nanny, who can flex her skills to match both my children's varied natures, aged 5.5 and 3.

We are an organised, clean, health orientated and educational focused household. We live in Nine Elms, Battersea (Central London - SW11) close to the Vauxhall tube and bus station, and in very close proximity to the river and parks.

The person should have at least 5 years experience as a nanny or room leader of a nursery.

The responsibilities will be picking them up from school (in Westminster, 5 mins walk from Victoria tube station) and taking them to after-school activities if any, bringing them back home, doing homework, changing their clothes, bathing them, planning and preparing healthy and well balanced dinner, feeding the kids, cleaning and tidying up after them.

The nanny will have sole charge of the children. The nanny must have a valid DBS and an up-to-date Paediatric First Aid.

My older child is a very sweet, sensitive and well behaved little girl. She is extremely bright and articulate and loves to write, read and draw/paint.

My younger child is very loving and cheeky. She loves pretend play and loves to talk a lot. She mostly enjoys playing together with her sister, and says 'No' a lot! She loves to dress up and has her Elsa hair braid on the whole time.

It is non-negotiable to me to have a nanny who will treat my children with respect and dignity, and is a non smoker. She should be experienced in dealing with the occasional tantrum - kindly but firmly - putting the children's safety at the foremost. She has to be a very good communicator, who can keep the girls busy, in a fun and creative manner.
