About Me
My name is Andreea Neculcia and I m an Ofsted registered childminder.
I provide a safe, clean, secure and welcoming environment. I provide and plan various activities for the children to play, learn and experience from whilst in my care. Everything I do in my setting is in line with the current Early Years Foundation Framework set by Ofsted.
I have a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
I have a Training Course for Home Based childcare service, a Safeguarding and Child Protection Training and a Paediatric First Aid Certificate.
I will treat every child with equal concern and respect to meet their individual needs, regardless of gender, social background, ethnic origin, religion, age or ability!
My Experience
I have 8 years experience as a Primary School Teacher.
I have 3 children. Matei is 13 years, Stefan is 6 and Ioana is 2 years old.
My Qualifications

It’s so hard to find someone you can truly trust with your child, but from the moment I met Andreea, I just knew it was meant to be. She has been absolutely wonderful with my son, Luca, and I always have peace of mind knowing he’s in safe, loving hands.
Andreea keeps me regularly updated throughout the day, which means so much to me as a mum. Luca eats healthy meals, sleeps well, and is constantly learning and developing. He interacts beautifully with the other children and takes part in so many fun and educational activities – every day is different, and I can see how much he enjoys it.
I couldn’t have asked for a better childminder for Luca. We’re truly lucky to have found her!

Andreea is the best chilminder my son could get . She is kind and warm and her environment is safe and welcoming.
I always feel safe when I leave my son with her . Andreea pay attention to children’s emotions and helps their progression.
I received daily updates and this makes me happy and confident.
Alexio feels like family with her and her lovely kids ❤️
I would recommend Andreea to anyone

I needed a childminder for my son, starting from last January. In September last year I contacted and met Andreea. They say the first impression is the most important, and I must say, it was love at first sight for me. She is the most kind, caring and loving person I have ever met. My son started at 18 months old and he is literally thriving with her. He ask me to go every day, he feels so safe and cared for that he probably think Andreea is a family member. She has a little girl, a bit younger than my son and they are basically best friend. I trust her and admire her. There are actually not enough words to say thank you for everything she does!

Sara is adorable and I love spending time with her 💕
I have two of my three children attending Andreea’s setting. They settled really well from the first day. It is a warm and welcoming place where my children can feel safe and happy with Andreea’s environment. She is well aware of what to offer in order to meet my children’s needs. Andreea has got great experience working with children and building a lovely relationship between parents and children. I receive daily updates and progress on my children which is great that I am able to see their daily routine. I am extremely satisfied and I will recommend Andreea to anyone. Thank you very much Andreea for all you do for my children.

Andreea provided a warm welcome and made me feel at ease by providing photo updates after i was worried about my little one.. my son was happy there. Playing various activities etc healthy food provided.

It was a stressful time trying to find a childminder for my son.
Andreea made the experience personal and comforting.
My son settled in from his very first visit and couldn't wait to return.
Communication is great, I recieved regular updates and each morning the drop offs are smooth.

Our son is in Andreeas care for almost a year now. He loves going to her house and playing with her 2 boys. She is a lovely lady and takes great care in meeting our sons needs. We are really pleased with how he thrived and develop since in Andreeas care and would recommend her with all confidence.
