About Me
Hi my name is Kelly and I am a registered childminder. I am married and have 4 children aged 14,12, 5 and 2. I live within 10 minutes walking distance to St Mary Cray Station and also Poverest Primary School. I am DBS checked and have valid first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene certificates.
I offer a home from home environment giving babies and children a wide range of opportunities to reach their full potential. We regularly attend playgroups, children centres and visit other childminders so the children can socialise with others as well as visits to the parks, library, farm and woods. I provide lots of toys and activities for the children to enjoy when we are at home such as arts and crafts, baking, water play etc.
My Experience
I have worked with children for 16 years when I started working in a day nursery. I then became a qualified paediatric nurse at the Evelina Children's Hospital in London. I have experience in working with children from newborn to 16 years old including those with additional needs.
My Qualifications
Diploma in Paediatric Nursing
Level 3 award in preparing to work in home-based childcare
Paediatric First aid
Safeguarding including prevent, FGM, CSE
Food Hygiene Level 2
