My name is Laura and I am an Ofsted registered childminder in Longstanton. I live with my husband and our 2 sons aged 4 and 1. We have 2 cats named Rosie and Mavis who love to accompany us on trips round the village and to the park! We are very outdoorsy and love spending time outside. I believe in encouraging children to be independent and to try new experiences. We enjoy messy play and learning through “having a go”. I aim to provide a welcoming home from home environment in which children can feel at ease, learn and thrive.
My Experience
I have been childminding for 3 years following a career change after the arrival of my eldest son. I am fully trained in childminding having studied an accredited course and have paediatric first aid training.

PACEY Home Based Childcare Award (modules included Safeguarding, Health and Safety, Equality and Diversity, Learning Through Play, Child Development among others)
