About Me
I am both a babysitter and tutor dependent on the family needs! I have a masters in Engineering from the University of Nottingham after having completed A-Levels at Newstead Wood School for Girls in London. I have a passion for Engineering, drama, cooking and learning, something I love to share with the children I look after. I am also reliable and capable of looking after small children as well as ensuring they are comfortable with a new face. I am currently in the process of joining the Army as a Royal Engineering Officer but this has been postponed until 2021 due to the current pandemic so will be available most likely until this time next year.
My Experience
I have been babysitting for two years (a regular family) however my main experience is tutoring where I have assisted children of all ages in a variety of subjects. I specialise in helping children prepare for any and all tests/ examinations up to GCSE level (A-Level in Maths, Engineering, Philosophy and Ethics and Drama) as well as Verbal and Non-Verbal Reasonin and SAT testing. I have also looked after children where parents wished them to learn other life skills such as First Aid, Cookery and Sports of which I have backgrounds in all.
My Qualifications
- Undergraduate Masters in Engineering from the University of Nottingham 2:1 with honours
- A-Levels in Engineering, Maths, Philosophy and Ethics and Drama (A*ABB)
-As Levels in Physics and Chemistry
- First Aid Qualified (first aid at work)
- Lifeguard Qualified
