Hi, I'm Emma
I am a registered childminder in Crown Wood, Bracknell. Recently inspected and graded GOOD with elements of Outstanding.
I am able to drop off and pick up from Crown Wood Primary School.
I am happily married with two lovely girls of our own, a 9 year old and a 4 year old.
We love to play and explore whilst learning about the world around us. Living so close to green spaces, we are lucky enough to go on regular adventures and use resources we find to be creative. If not outside, we are able to play confidently and securely in our family home and recently landscaped 'all weather' garden. We have toys and activities to suit a wide range of ages and stages. Outings may include trips to classes, playgroups, local libraries, soft play centres, parks and more.
We would love for your little ones to come and join us!
I have lots of experience with children, not just my own. As well as regular playdates and looking after family members, I have worked in Primary Education as a Senior Teaching Assistant for the past 14 years. I am used to working alongside parents and outside agencies to provide the best care and support for children.
My husband also works in education and is DBS checked.
We are a non smoking household with 1 small dog.
My Experience
I have worked in primary education for over 14 years, receiving training for a wide range of intervention programmes to support children with english and maths.
I have also been trained to support children with English as an additional language.
I spent 3 years supporting a child with ASD 1:1 and recieved appropriate training for this.
I have supported children with a wide range of Special educational needs.
I have supported children from Reception to Year 6.

My daughter was with Emma and loved being with her, she was always excited to go and see her and emma did such amazing things with her such as arts and crafts, going to play centres and even a good walk to sainsburys. Rosie always enjoyed every min of it. I cannot fault her. Thank you Emma for being amazing!!!!! xxxxxx
