About Me
Hello,
I am a qualified primary school teacher who has 8 years experience teaching both KS1 and KS2 children. I have taught a range of children who have special educational needs, children who are new to English or have English as their second language and behavioural issues. I have spent the last few years working in Year 6, teaching and preparing children for their SATS and entrance exams. I provide bespoke lessons and teaching for each child and are happy to accommodate your needs; if this is something you are looking for I would be more than happy to help :)
As well as being a tutor who can tutor, either in your own home or mine, I am also free to look after children and help with childcare over the summer holidays.
I am fully qualified, with an up to date paediatric first aid qualification, a full DBS and a clean driving licence.
My Experience
I am a Private Tutor and I specialise in all the Primary Curriculum. I have 8 years experience teaching and tutoring children with their SATs & high school entry exams, as well as teaching English to both children and EAL adults.
I have 5 years experience teaching children with ADHD, Dyslexia and autism and I have lots of resources and strategies to assist with every learner.
As well as teaching English, Maths and Reading I also offer private tuition in all other subjects.
My Qualifications
I have a first class degree, a post graduate certificate in education, DBS, full clean driving license, first aid trained with years of teaching and tutoring experience.
My Availability
After school and evening sessions Monday - Weds. All day / after school Thursdays and Fridays.
