13 years experience in Nursery Management, with 37 years in total working with children.
Outstanding Organisational Skills, with excellent people management experience.
Responsible for first Educational Ofsted Educational Inspection in Jan 2001 for the Rocking Horse Day Nursery, achieving a ‘2-4’. Subsequently largely responsible for the 2004 Inspection achieving a ‘Good’ and the 2009 inspection where a ‘good’ was achieved, with Outstanding for Partnership with Parent.
Variety of experience gained in many environments, including Full-time Nannying in private homes and nurseries including a Montessori Nursery.
My Qualifications
NNEB Examination – June 1984
Certificate in Early Years Foundation Stage Practice (QCF) Level 3 – June 2009 (One of the first 12 people chosen to take this)
NCFE Advanced Diploma in Birth – three Development & Learning Level 4 -2009/10 (taken at Britannia House).
My Availability
I am looking for 2-3 days a week approx 21 hours over Mon-Thu and available both morning and afternoon.
