About Me
I’m a single mum of 2 children aged 10 & 7. I’m aircrew for a short haul airline out of LGW, looking for an experienced ad hoc nanny with own car, with immediate effect, to fill the gaps in my current childcare arrangements.
My Requirements
My working hours are unpredictable and I often start before 5am, so overnight stays are required to cover early or very late shifts. I have a dedicated nanny’s bedroom in the house, with private en suit bathroom.
I work two Sundays per month so I’m specifically interested in talking to anyone who could cover these.
Duties will depend on what part of the day my shift covers, but may include: getting the children up, dressed and ready in the morning, organising breakfast and school bags, walking them to school, being emergency contact for the day, school pick up, helping with homework, taking them to clubs, preparing dinner, helping tidy up, bathing and babysitting. On non school days you will be facilitating days out, driving to and from holiday clubs or doing activities with the children at home.
My children are adopted, my 10 year old daughter has special educational needs and both are very energetic. Like all siblings they are best friends but also squabble. As such I am looking for a candidate who has plenty of energy, a playful and loving attitude and sufficient experience and patience to help regulate and guide the children through our busy lives.
