Hi
I'm a kind, caring and honest individual, a people person and I absolutely love working with children. I would say I am a Early years Educator with over 20 years experience, working with children and over 20 years worth of enhanced DBS checks. I have worked in School's, Nurseries and Private schools and nurseries. Currently, I work for the NHS: Health visiting and School Nursing Service, as a Children's Young people and Families practitioner.
I have 4 children, aged between 26 and 9, all with very different personalities! love them!
My Experience
I'm a qualified Early years Educator with Early Years experience. I am also a qualified Teaching assistant. I have many years of experience in childcare settings/schools/preschools and I have lots of hands on experience. I also, trained in SEN and I have 7 years experience.
Some areas that I support parents with could include; Speech and Language skills, Gross motor and Fine motor development. Furthermore, I support and signpost parents to activities that promote children's toilet training, personal and social development and baby weaning.
In my current role, I further support parents if there child needs support from other services, such as referrals to Speech and language, Physiotherapy, Specialist services and I regularly communicate with other Health and Education services.
My Qualifications
My highest qualification I have is a BA in Early Childhood Studies.
My Availability
All day Friday and Saturday day and night.
I could be flexible for more days.
