About Me
Hello I am Louise, I am an Ofsted registered childminder living in Meopham.
I offer a friendly, secure and professional home-like setting, where children are treated as my own. I have a fully enclosed garden which the children have continuous access to, as well as making the most of the outdoor space within walking distance from my home. I have experience in forest schools and like to use this knowledge to give children a high standard of stimulating activities both inside and outdoors. I have also trained in early years Montessori and use this alongside the EYFS to ensure that children have the foundation skills needed to begin school. I like to promote a healthy lifestyle which includes healthy eating. The children will have the opportunity to gain such skills through hands on growing of fruits and vegetables and also caring for the local livestock. I have a continuous partnership with parents through daily diaries and photographs of activities. Children are valued and independence is encouraged. I endeavour to continually improve children’s quality of learning, development and experience.
My Experience
I have managed a private nursery setting for 3 years and have experience working within nurseries, preschools and a Montessori setting since 2007. I also have first hand experience with my own two children.
My Qualifications
Level 4 Diploma in Early Years Montessori
NVQ level 3 in childcare
First aid
Safeguarding
Food hygiene

My Availability
I offer full day care as well as before and after school sessions and school holiday schemes. I work Monday to Friday 7am until 6pm
