Iona assimilated into our family so well. She's respectful, honest and good natured. Although her experience is limited, she's very keen to learn and adapt to our needs. My daughter took to her very quickly and was so excited to see her every day. Iona always put my daughter first (even if it meant learning endless nursery rhymes and performing dance routines!), working with us to make sure she followed all routines and allergy maintenance. I'd say her best feature is how loving and considerate she is, plus all of her wonderful imaginative play. It seemed she was always thinking of my daughter, even at weekends - she clearly loves her work. She was a joy to have in our family. We would have loved Iona to continue her care of my daughter, but unfortunately we moved out of the area.
