I am now working in a special education needs school and have been there for two years I like to give children the opportunities I have been in year 3&4 and now I’m in YR
i did Health and social care extended diploma level three and I have a level two in health and social care extended diploma and a level two in child development
My Experience
I live at home with my mum and three brothers, one of my brothers has got Down’s syndrome ADHD and autism, Im on hand to help with his medication and personal care.
I will take him out a few days a week that can be to the shop or town just to get him out and learn about stopping at the traffic lights and how to use money and it’s just to allow him to do the things he loves to do
I done work experience at a special education needs school in Basingstoke with the age of 4-19 where I went for weeks at times. I have done work placement within a pre school with children ago 2-4
when I look after children/young adults I try to allow them to have some fun. I will try to encourage them to try and use the basics that they might need to learn I will try and help them to do things that they might of never done to give them the confidence that they need ,I babysit children with additional needs as-well as children without additional needs.
My Qualifications
My qualifications are a level 2 in Health and social care and a level 3 in cache extended diploma in health and social care. level two in child development
I have so currently have my DBS check
My Availability
I’m available most evenings and weekends
I am available from 3:30 most days apart from Thursdays which will be 4:30
I don’t drive

We have had Abby to babysit our 3 children (12,10 + 3) several times now and she is fantastic. She is warm and friendly with them and actively engages them in activities. She’s proactive in taking them out for walks, to the park, shop etc.. and doesn’t just sit the little one in front of the TV for hours. Abby has cooked small meals for them when we’ve been out over meal times and has been considerate of our home leaving it neat and tidy (even though the 3yr old does her best to prevent this!)
I have no hesitation over recommending Abby as a babysitter!
