With over over 8 years of experience working with families with newborns, as a night maternity nurse, and with older children as a former nanny. caring for babies and children in various capacities.

My Experience
Currently, I am studying pediatric nursing whilst working as a night maternity nurse.
As a night maternity nurse, I usually work from 9 pm to 7 am, Monday to Friday. Depending on the family requirements, the hours and days I work can change. I help to implement a routine to create healthy sleeping and eating habits. As feeding is important to both mother and baby, I offer support to mothers who wish to breastfeed or bottle-feed. Also, provide advice and help with any issues relating to sleep regression, reflux, colic nutrition and hygiene, etc, to make sure your baby is reaching their milestones to the best of their abilities.
For breastfeeding mothers, I usually bring the baby to you for feeds, and then change and settle the baby afterwards so that you don’t have to leave your bed.
For bottle feeding babies, I prepare all the feeds during the night, feed the baby, and then help settle them back to sleep afterwards, making sure to clean and sterilise the bottles before leaving.
