My 2 year old son was in Bibis care for a few months last year, I would drop him off at hers just before his nursery started . Bibi and her family made my son feel at ease almost from the get go, which is very impressive since my son had considerable separation anxiety at the time.
I noticed a very big improvement in his speech since he started being in her care.
He still asks about Auntie Bibi and her family. I would certainly recommend her x

As you can imagine 2yr olds are not the easiest in the mornings! Bibi provided wrap around care for my 2yr old son and he was well cared for in this time. He was transported safely to his nursery drop offs and he would often tell me about conversations held travelling to nursery with Bibi which were mainly educational based supporting his speech development and learning. To this date my son asks to visit Bibi.

She is an arrogant lady with full of attitude and lies, only thing she is after is money very business mind type rather a caring. My daughter was with her one day for 5 hours didn’t feed her, didn’t change her nappy when I picked her up she was starving crying for food. She made me pay for 4 weeks in advance I only dropped my daughter for one week and she didn’t return me a single penny. I’m not gonna let go of my money she has to pay in the day of judgment. She made me feel uncomfortable to drop my daughter also felt she has a mental issue how she shows her attitude not cooperative.

I am sorry to hear that you feel this way and wrote a defamatory review without mentioning the real truth.
At Angel Adventurers we strive to create a loving and caring childcare setting, where both parents and children are respected, valued and feel safe in a home from home environment.
As you know, you agreed to a temporary contract for a short period of time. You were charged first instalment for 4 weeks in advance to book your child’s place. At that time you knew that the fee is non-refundable for booked sessions.
I did not ask for a deposit as you were paying in advance for booked sessions and taking my service for a short period of time.
I quote your message dated 8th Nov 24 “I have a change in my circumstances I no longer require a childminder my ------ won’t come to you from next week. Thank you for your love and care for my ------……”
I have offered you to use those paid for hours at another time but you have chosen not to send your child even though the place is still booked for your child.
If you had approached me with your concerns properly in the first instance we could have come to a mutual agreement.
As you are aware, you were late nearly 2 hours on the second day of childcare. You were not charged by me for this unbooked overtime as a gesture of goodwill.
Please note that my setting closes at 6pm and I continued to care for your child till you finally arrived at 6.39pm. This is the only reason your child was with me for nearly 5 hours on that day.
When a child is not weaned off mother’s milk, it will hinder settling in and feeding. You informed me that your child would be fed before drop off. I am not allowed to force feed a toddler that pushes food away and refuses to eat.
