I have 10 years nannying experience, and 4 years childcare assistant. I am now an Ofsted registered childminder. I love to work with younger children as well as babies. I'm very reliable, trustworthy and sincere with my profession. I'm a punctual and honest person.
My Qualifications
I have cpd qualifications in developing children’s learning, safeguarding children, leading and managing a childminding setting, understanding and working with the eyfs, introductory training course and recording children’s development. I have great references and 3 grown up children of my own.

Karen has looked after our 4.5 year old for babysitting and childminding for three and a half years. She’s a dependable and friendly safe pair of hands. Our son loves her! Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Karen.

Karen looked after my daughters from when the youngest was a toddler until the eldest was a teenager, for six very happy years in total. During that time, they all formed a strong bond and the girls all talk about Karen very often and keep in touch with her.
Karen was a brilliant resource for us as, living so locally, she knew a lot of people and places to go to that enhanced their holidays. She took the girls on enriching and fun days out, often with other children. We were never worried about the girls' wellbeing as Karen was diligent and reliable. Whilst being very loving, Karen ensured that the girls were well behaved, respectful to others and, above all, safe. As they grew older, Karen became someone they could speak to and trust with their daily worries.
The girls loved their time with Karen and although they are very different from one another, they are both confident and well adjusted, which I give Karen a lot of the credit for!
I have no reservations about recommending Karen for child care. Please contact me if you have any further questions.
