My Experience

I have over 7 years of experience working in various childcare environments, including schools, preschools, forest schools, and day care nursery’s. During this time, I have held roles such as After School Club Manager and Senior Practitioner, which allowed me to develop strong leadership and organisational skills.

In my most recent role, I worked as a nanny for 4-year-old twins (a boy and a girl), where I built a strong bond with both the children and their parents. My responsibilities included managing daily routines such as meal preparation, bathing, and attending out-of-school clubs. I always ensured their activities were engaging, fun, and educational, supporting their development through play-based learning.

I hold a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification, a full and up-to-date enhanced DBS check, and have recently completed my second Level 3 First Aid training.

Throughout my career, I have worked with children of all ages and abilities, including those with special educational needs. As the SENCO in a nursery setting, I supported children with additional needs and worked closely with families to ensure their individual requirements were met.

I am passionate about creating positive, nurturing environments where children can thrive, grow, and feel supported in their learning journey.

I am currently working full time as a adult social worker. I am available evenings and weekends.
