About Me
I am 26 years old from Sheffield. I am a very hard working, organised and active person who enjoys keeping busy as much as I can! I previously worked within the health service for around 4 years, working with the elderly, special needs, end of life care, Alzheimer’s/dementia and young people. I now work in a letting agents in the lovely area of Crookes and my shifts are Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm. Im happy to help wherever possible and always try my best with everything I do and I have plenty of experience in working with children of all ages. I am also studying a BA Honours degree in Law through the Open University to reach my end goal of becoming a Solicitor. Due to University being online and me being very good at managing my workload and time, I am able to work full time along side this and it be no issue. My Experience
I have experience working within a nursery setting with children 3 months old to 5 years old aswell as teenagers and young adults. I have also worked within 2 junior schools teaching English, Maths and Science through a programme during secondary school, and helping organise fun activities such as Art, sports days, school discos etc. I have also worked in care previously for around 4 years with mental health, special needs and the elderly and for the last 4 years worked within the NHS progressing and gaining as much knowledge and experience as I can whilst studying Criminology/Law and undertaking safeguarding children training courses.
My Qualifications
I have an up to date DBS for both children and adults which is enhanced. I also have a care certificate, first aid trained, medication and prescription trained from a previous job role and epilepsy awareness trained. I am also currently undertaking extra training through university for safeguarding children and studying an Honours degree in Criminology. I also have medical terminology and knowledge due to previous job role as a medical secretary.
