Hello everyone, I’m Amy and I’m 33 years old. I have 16 years professional nanny experience working with ages from newborn through to around 9 years old.
I’m a qualified nanny & have been working professionally full time since I was 17. I have a great deal of experience working sole charge, alongside parents, travelling with families, working 24/7, proxy parenting and with parents working at home.
I have also worked at loved abroad in Qatar for 2 years with extensive travel and 24/7 work 2018-2020 then again as a ROTA nanny 2023-2025.

With the cost of living rising I have had to increase my rate to be able to afford my own house/bills.
I am pregnant myself at the moment hence why I am unable to continue working rota and flying back and forth the Middle East but I’m fully active, no health isusses or any any reason why it should effect my professional work (the children I worked for didn’t even know I was pregnant before I left April 2023)
I am available for as much or little work up until July then looking to get back into work in October (of course not looking for pay during my off time)
My Experience
Previous employment....
In July 2009 i began employment in London as a live in sole charge nanny. I was sole charge of 2 little boys aged 8months and 2 years. My responsibilities included breakfast, dressing, nursery drop off for eldest, playgroups for youngest, taking them to the library, park, clubs, baby music classes ect, preparing healthy fresh meals for lunch and dinner, bath time and often bedtime story and bedtime. I worked monday-wednesday 8am-7pm and thursday 8am-4pm.
July 2009- October 2010
I then in October 2010 - october 2011 I began employment as a full time mothers help for 2 young girls aged 13 months and 3 years (eldest with special educational needs) at beginning of employment. I work 12-7pm Monday to Friday with weekends off. My role here is to support mum as it is very difficult to go anywhere with both children alone due to the eldest child’s needs.
I took a tempory position for 6 weeks in Cardiff, working 7am-7pm Monday to Friday looking after 2 boys aged 2 & 5. My duties include school drop offs, and full time care for the 2 year old.
I looked after 10 month old twins 3 days a week monday, wednesday and Thursday.
October 2011-August 2013
Sole charge Nanny boy/girl 11 month old (at the start of employment) twins tuesdays and fridays.
June 2012- January 2015
looking after boy/girl twins 2 days a week (Wednesday/Thursday). September 2013- January 2015.
Sole charge nanny position caring for 7 month old twins boy/girl and a 2& a half year old little girl. 2 days a week.
August 2014- January 2015
Monday-Friday 12 hour a day position as a sole charge nanny caring for twin boys 12 weeks (at start of employment)
January 2015- August 2018
6 day a week Nanny position in Doha, Qatar with Twin girls 5 months (at the start of employment) and 2&1/2 yr old girl.
Lots of night work, 24 hours while travelling, lots of travel with the family, proxy work.

My Fees
- Babysitting from £14.00 per hour
- Nannying from £15.00 per hour (net)
Nannying £15p/h
Babysitting £14 p/h minimum 3 hours booking
Night nanny £120 a night (6pm-7am)
Sleep training £180 for the first 3 nights training with guidance, notes, emails and phone support £120 additional nights.
