About Me
I am An OFSTED Registered Childminder based in Chapel-en-le-Frith with my partner and our two children aged 2 and 5.
I have a home from home environment and we like to have fun! That means any age can get involved in baking/crafts and all kinds of creative fun!
I like to practice Montessori as well as The Curiosity Approach with early years children. Which put simpler means my setting aims to invite children to learn through play by making their own choices and discoveries, without too much intervention.
My setting is filled with wooden toys and opportunities for little ones to develop and grow. I love enabling them to make their own choices through play. That’s not to say we don’t have some bright noisy plastic toys too, everything in moderation ?
I have spaces available and I also offer 2, 3 and 4 year old funding. Pease do get in touch for more information.
My Experience
For the last 2 years I ran Rainbow and The Ark baby and toddler group based in Chapel-en-le-frith.
Prior to this I have also spent time working in a nursery whilst training before having my own children.
My Qualifications
I have undertaken the ChildmindingUK Childminding Course, recommended by Derbyshire County Council.

I currently have availability Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday for under 5's and availability before and after school for all ages.
