About Me
Hello, my name is Chloe Baxter and I am 26 years old I have extensive experience in looking after children of all ages. I have a natural ability to capture children’s attention and use specific ways to teach, stimulate and support each child so they are happy, content and in well-established routines. I work alongside parents every day to create the perfect structure for each child’s individual needs. I am reliable, trustworthy and well informed of current health and safety regulations. I pride myself on my positive, polite and active nature and my passion and enthusiasm to support parents in the care and development of children. I am currently looking to change my profession from a Nursery Manager to being a Nanny.
My Experience
I have worked in childcare for the past 10 years and have experience in a variety of age groups.
I have worked for a company which has 3 sister nurseries. Within my time at the company I have worked in various roles leading up to Nursery Manager of one of the sister nurseries.
My roles and responsibilities have included or include:
-Responsible for the safety, wellbeing and development of young children.
-Act as a role model in developing and maintaining appropriate positive behaviour with children and staff.
-Being disciplined with the children when required.
-Supporting the children’s healthy eating.
-Providing a nurturing environment to promote children’s emotional stability, independence and creativity.
-Liaised regularly with parents/carer to ensure the individual needs of their children are being met.
-Maintain the Outstanding OFSTED rating given to my setting.
-Looking after a team of 32 staff and over 100 enrolled children.
-Caring for not only the children but also the parents. Providing a safe, secure, happy environment for parents to feel comfortable in leaving their children in our care.

NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education.
Level 3 Qualified Forest School Leader
Level 3 Qualification in Management
Current CRB.
Designated Safeguarding Lead Training
Paediatric first aid training and Epi Pen training.
Outdoor First Aid training.
First Aid training at the workplace
Food & Hygiene.
EYFS Traning
Regular training on new legislation.
Signalong Phase One
SENCO experience.
Other training to support child's learning including Mathmatics, Literacy, Behaviour management and Sensory.
