About Me
Hi, my name is Samantha. I am 32 years old and originally from Birmingham but relocated to London 9 years ago.
I have a two children (3 and under) and would like to bring them with me hence me looking for shorter hours at present.
I have worked in a variety of childcare settings for over 10 years, but recently stopped to pursue an interest I have for working with elderly and vulnerable people. I am looking for something that allows me to follow this new line of work while still enjoying my original career with children.
I love being outdoors and enjoy incorporating this into my time spent with children.
The rates stated are negotiable.
My Experience
I have worked in a number of settings including a SEN setting, a Montessori preschool and my most recent place of employment an all through independent school. I have nannying experience and have worked for a charity supporting families living with Autism.
My experiences range from working with babies from 3 months to supporting young adults.
My Qualifications
I am paediatric first trained, hold a current DBS and achieved a Level 3 BTEC Diploma at distinction level.
My Availability
I am able to be flexible in supporting the right family. As mentioned I have a children of my own so preferably I would like after school work but would be happy to consider full days on a part time basis.
I am looking to work no later than 5pm particularly if there is travelling from a further distance involved. Ideally 3 days or less
I would be best suited to a local family that needs someone to bridge a small gap between end of school and parents getting home from work
