I have worked in childcare for 16 years, worked my way up to management and then had my 2 beautiful twin girls. with my passion for childcare and flexibility of a childminder i decided to start my own childminding business.

Hi, I have 16 years experience in the early years sector (0-5). The last 5 years I was in management in an outstanding nursery in south east London. The last year 3 years I have been at home with my twins. I have paediatric first aid training, senco training and lots of experience with special needs, safeguarding training and so much more. I worked across 0-5 so have years experience in each age group. Just completed my childminding registration with Ofsted.

There are not enough words to say how amazing Kim is! She is not only such a lovely person but amazing at her job too. She is brilliant with my little girl and has helped her grow in confidence so much since being with her. my little one is off to Nursery closer to home now as we have moved but as Kim is so good we are still using her during the holidays because we cannot leave her completely. If anyone is nervous about letting a stranger look after your child you do not need to worry at all as Kim treats your little girl like family and cannot do enough for her.
