About Me
I provide a home from home childcare experience which I run from the ground and first floor of my house. I have set the rooms up in an heuristic style; providing a free flow range of resources and activities. I cater the activities to the different ages and interests. I ensure the children are supervised at all time and work to ratio. I provide a warm, nurturing and safe environment in which children can reach their full potential, tailored not only to the child but the needs of their families. I have been graded Outstanding with Rutland Early Years Agency at there Quality Assurance visit (inspection); I am still yet to have an inspection with OFSTED.
My Experience
I am a mother of two girls and have been an early years practitioner for 18 years. I used to work in senior or management roles in a variety of early years setting. For the last 5 years I have worked part time running a baby massage classes so I could spend my time with my girls but since my girls have both started school I decided to become a childminder. I cater activities for their learning styles and offer a fun individual centred experience. I am extremely passionate about high quality care of children and look after them like they are my own. I pride my self in; my setting being a family.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
- Babysitting from £12.00 per hour
I offer the following options of care for children aged 0-5 years:
Short Days 08:20-14:20/09:30-15:30: £30/day
Main working hours are normally 7-6 but can be flexible with this depending on requirements. £5/£2.50 for all other hours in addition to above hours.
All meals, activities and outings are included in this cost.
Funding options maybe available for 2/3-5 year old depending on availability.
Before and After School - Woodhouse Primary School
Cost: £5 for Breakfast and drop off £8 Pickup and tea

Drop my boy off every morning and never have any anxieties that he isn’t going to love spending time at Sarah’s. They treat the kids as if they were own and go the extra mile for them. Get constant updates and feedback on how the little bloke is doing. And they’re always out and about doing new activities and exploring new places. Feel very lucky that we’ve managed to get a place and I would certainly recommend Sarah’s hub to friends/family.

My 3 year old has been going to Sarah’s since last September, one day a week. She absolutely loves it and gets excited to go there. I feel happy and secure knowing she’s safe, having loads of fun, eating great food and learning lots too. It’s a wonderful home from home setting and her family are all lovely too. Sarah is so caring and attentive, organises loads of activities and takes them out on little adventures too. I love that she sends me photos of my little girl during the day and afterwards and they always look like they’re having so much fun. We’re so happy we found Sarah’s Childminding Hub and would recommend her to anyone.

Highly recommend Sarah and her a assistant Jo. My boy loves him time before and after school. This setting is great which a wide range of fun, creative and educational activities for them to participate in. My son really enjoys his time here and is looking forward to also attending during the school holidays I would highly recommend Sarah's Chilminding Hub 👍

My daughter loves going to Sarah! It is always great fun, my little one always comes back home very happy about her day. Sarah provides safe environment in her beautiful house, time with her it’s full of creative activities. I am very happy to find such an awesome childminder.

My daughter has been with Sarah 2 days a week since she was 9 months old and has always been fantastic and helped cater to our needs as family as they have changed over time. She is always doing exciting trips with the children such as taking my daughter on a canal boat because her favourite nursery rhyme was row row row your boat. She also regularly takes her to play groups and soft plays and very much follows my daughters interests and learning needs and capabilities including reading and writing and making sure she is getting ready for going to school in a couple of years time. Sarah provides fantastic home cooked meals which my daughter loves so I never have to worry about cooking when I pick her up after work which is a life saver. Sarah very much treats my daughter as family and her communication and updates throughout the day always show me how much fun they are having together. Would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for childcare.

Sarah has provided before and after school care ( Pick up from Woodhouse primary )for my 6 year old since September.
Sarahs childcare setting is nothing short of amazing, children have free flow of the ground floor with access with a wide range of activies and toys - the offer is vast from drawing and painting to dancing and dressing up - always something to offer.
Sarah and her colleague Jo are extremely friendly, kind and caring - the children all love them - Sarah is also very reliable and flexible and has been accommodating when i have needed to change days and times last minute due to work commitments which is always handy!
I would highly recommend this childcare setting to any one - the personal approach you Recieve with Sarah compared to that of a nursery setting really does make the difference!

Sarah has been taking care of my daughter after school for a couple of years now, she absolutely loves going and enjoys all of the activities that are available to her whilst she is there. Sarah provides an outstanding service and is also very helpful.
