About Me
We’re a friendly and easygoing family, moved to Reading a few years ago. We have two Boys, aged 6 and 9, who are both in primary school. They’re fun, curious, and full of energy—they love Lego, Crafting and playing outdoors.
As working parents, we’re looking for a reliable and kind person to help with school pick-ups and provide care in the afternoons a few days a week. We value good communication, a calm and nurturing approach, and someone who enjoys spending time with children.
We’re keen to build a positive and respectful relationship with whoever joins us—someone who feels like part of the family.
My Requirements
Looking for reliable afterschool pick up for my 2 boys from primary school in Spencer’s wood. Age 6 and 9. We live a short distance less than 10 mins drive from the school. Looking for someone who could pick them up and take them back to our home, prepare a snack and do a variety of activities with them for an hour or 2 - Homework, Reading, Play in the playground, Crafting etc. 3-4 days a week for up to 2 hours per day and one parent would normally be working from home most days. Any medical training would be a bonus as my younger son has some additional needs ( But full training would be provided). There would also be the opportunity to provide childcare for half terms, the summer holidays and the occassional evening babaysitting.
