My Experience

Since completing my secondary education, I have harboured a strong ambition to engage with a diverse range of age groups, including adults, children, and young people. My keen interest in childcare has led me to seek employment in various childcare settings, where I have had the invaluable opportunity to observe children as they navigate their developmental stages. Throughout this experience, I have consistently offered steadfast support and assistance to the children in my care. Furthermore, I have pursued professional development by working with adults who have learning disabilities, special educational needs, challenging behaviours, and mental health issues. This experience has granted me a unique insight into the personal development of both adults and young people.

I have come to understand that my true passion lies in supporting young people who are at risk of gang involvement, those already immersed in gang culture, and individuals who have experienced the justice system. My objective is to make a meaningful difference in their lives. I am fully committed to empowering the next generation by equipping them with the tools, support, and opportunities necessary to escape detrimental cycles. By fostering resilience, instilling confidence, and nurturing positive ambitions, I aspire to lead them towards a more promising future, enabling them to reach their full potential and make a positive contribution to society.
