About Me
My name is Taibat, I'm a registered childminder with Ofsted on both the Early Years and Childcare Registers since 2018. I have gained a wealth of experience in my career as a registered childminder, who provides services for children from 6 months up to 5 years old. As well as before and after school care services for children whose ages from 5 to 12 years old between 07.00 -19.00.
I have my own 3 grown up children who are doing well in their various professions but only one leaves with me. I have Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Services check on update services, Full Paediatric First Aid certificate, NCFE CACHE level 3 in Home Based Childcare, Safeguarding and relevant qualifications. My setting is within a warm home environment with outdoor space available for plan play activities.
There are plenty of green areas, playgrounds and woodlands in the local vicinity offering opportunities for outdoor learning activities and experiences in addition to the local library and a variety of other social learning activities.
My Experience
As a registered childminder , I ensure that I look after children in my settings as guided within the Statutory Framework for Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The children will be looked after in a safe, secure enabling environment offering a varied selection of planned indoor and outdoor activities that promotes individual child's learning and development. They will learn and develop through role play, various activities and enjoy while they are been supported in all the seven areas of learning and developments.
The learning and development of the children is paramount, on that note, my work will be centred on the Early Years Foundation Stage, keeping record of each child's learning and development progress. These progress reports of individual child will be freely available to parents in addition to the written reports that I will provide.Furthermore, I treat all children equally, as unique individual by providing high standard of care at all times. I'm compassionate, reliable, trustworthy, flexible and work in partnership with the parents and other agencies and ensures that individual child's needs are met while attending my setting.
Member of Michel Michael association, my setting is in close proximity to local schools in the area that includes Wolf Fields Primary School, Khalsa Primary School, Tree Bridges Primary School, Dairy Meadow Primary School. We are located close to the local train station and buses are frequent.

The setting opening hours starts from 07.00 - 19.00 Monday - Friday.

Mrs. Taibat is an extremely committed child minder with years of experience handling kids. She is very supportive and takes wonderful care of our princess as if she were her own. She is kind, professional, neat and has lots of fun activities planned for the kids to keep them occupied.

Talabat has been picking up my son at 3 bridges primary for 3 months.
She is reliable, friendly and helpful and my son enjoyed his time with her.
Her house is clean, she has several toys and she is Ofsted registered

From the start Taibat has been an amazing lady. the flexibility, the care, the communication, everything has been great.
Taibat is a very calm and friendly person and my daughter have settled exceptionally well with her.
She understood my daughter and has worked along side with her needs and I am so happy to have her as my daughter childminder
