I am passionate about helping children grow and thrive, with over 10 years of experience working with children aged 1 to 12. I hold an NCFE CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce (Early Years Educator), which enables me to create nurturing environments where children can reach their full potential. Currently, I work as Learning Support Assistant across Primary Schools in London on a flexible basis and have some availability for occasional babysitting.
My Experience
In my role, I had the opportunity to support several children who were falling behind in their studies in various primary schools across London. My main responsibilities included providing one-on-one support for pupils ranging from Key Stage 1 (KS1) to Key Stage 5 (KS5) on designated subjects during school hours.
In addition to my work in primary schools, I also provided more in-depth support for children aged 1 to 4 in nurseries. During my work-based Level 3 childcare cache course, I had the opportunity to support 2 key children for whom I did create tailored educational activities to help them with various aspects of their learning journey.
