My Experience

My childcare experience spans 9 years and includes time as a nanny, au pair, educator, and babysitter. I have worked in families with multiple children and twins (including infant twins) and found it very rewarding. I also have experience babysitting for children aged 4 months to 12 years.

I have been a live out and a live in nanny.

I am happy to do any nursery duties, school pick-ups, arrange play dates, and organise excursions and educational trips to museums, as well as other childcare related activities. I love creating educational play activities for all ages and finding innovative ways to teach brings me great joy.

I am also a church volunteer where I lead the classrooms for babies and toddlers aged 0-2 years. In this role I have taught children bible stories, memory verses, the importance of prayer and how to apply scripture to their lives every day. I was also a mentor and worked with a nine-year-old girl on homework, learning about God, and creating meaningful relationships.

My Qualifications

I have a Bachelors degree in Elementary Education focusing on ages 5 to 12 years. My degree has focuses in Reading education, English education (as a foreign and second language), and Childhood development (prenatal - 12 years).

I have an up to date Paediatric First aid and CPR certificate, and an enhanced DBS certificate. I am also working on a Childhood Psychology certificate.
