Hiya,
I’m 25, very responsible and approachable and super confident with children. I have recently relocated from Cornwall and just graduated from my maths degree at City University of London. I have applied to the degree holder’s detective scheme, this process takes approximately 6 months, so am looking to help a family over summer (potentially longer).
I have previously aupaired in Australia and Paris and all families are happy to give references and chat with you if you'd like. I’d love to make a great connection with a family and love to become friends with the children I ‘work’ with and to keep them busy. I also understand that it’s important to respect how you, as a family, discipline and bring up your children.
My Experience
I Aupaired (live in and out) in Brisbane, Australia. I lived with a family, caring for their 3 children (1,4 and 11 years). I regularly had sole care of all three, responsible for school pickups, dinner and bath time. I quickly learnt to cater for different age groups simultaneously, I am now confident in caring for all age groups. I also nannied for a lovely little 16 month old, I often did over night stays and had sole care of him for full days and nights. As a result, I am super confident with caring for younger children. I have done my fair share of nappies!
Also, for two weeks I was a ‘mother’s helper’, I had sole care of a 6 month old for 5 days a week 7-5.
In 2018 I spent 5 months in Paris aupairing for a lovely family with a 12 year old daughter.

My Qualifications
I have GCSEs and Alevels in Maths, Physics and Biology, as well as a mathematics degree, so could even tutor a little if you'd like or lend a hand with homework. I have plenty of childcare experience and am extremely happy to get any qualifications or first aid certificates that you require.
