My Requirements

I am looking for a nanny to help out with our boys aged 7 & 5 years. They are both happy smiley boys who are full of fun. Both have an Autism diagnosis, both struggle with communication. The eldest can communicate although is behind for his age, he particularly struggles around meeting social milestones. The younger is pre-verbal though is very physically articulate. I'd need someone to cover Friday evenings from 4.30pm until around 7pm initially, this would be solo care although the first few times would be alongside me while you get to know the boys communication styles. Ideally, longer term, I would like someone who could cover a few evenings and potentially one weekend day for 8 ish hours, 9-5. This would be shared care with myself and can be flexible.
