My Requirements

Family in Botley looking for fun loving, energetic, experienced Nanny.
I have two daughters, the youngest aged just one and a very energetic 3 year old.
We are currently looking for a Nanny for three days a week; Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, preferably 7am - 6pm who would care for the children primarily from our home. This could vary slightly if needed for the right person as my partners working hours can occasionally vary, I work 9-5pm which includes some working from home (out of children’s sight ideally to prevent disrupting them).
They are currently at a local nursery, unfortunately this is not working out for my three year old who has been very unhappy there for sometime so are now considering other options.
My three year old is very social (loud, energetic and generally full of life so always keeps us on our toes) loving and energetic but can be a little shy initially and not always great in big crowds (another reason nursery may be a little overwhelming for her). My one year old is a content, happy and playful girl who loves any attention. Both are used to being busy, outdoors, music … and the usual toddler activities at home. My three year old loves to bake and cook and both generally play really well together.
I’m looking for a Nanny who really does love their job, has an abundance of energy, works well with challenging behaviour, who loves children and and most importantly can be someone they also love to spend time with. An energetic, focussed and playful Nanny who will also focus on their developmental needs and who will strive to promote age appropriate milestones. Encouraging manners, healthy eating, good sleeping routines and educational learning are all important to us.
I’d love them to have have someone they feel safe with to take them out during their days with their Nanny to groups, farms, parks etc. Girls love to go food shopping and to ‘help out’. Duties to get them ready in the mornings, breakfast etc if they’re not already dressed or eaten by the time you’d arrive. Cooking / preparing lunches for them and general care. Bathing not generally required as we would be home. Would pay for any activities obviously, kids meals out or anything needed for arts/crafts/baking etc.
Some home help, cleaning, washing etc desirable but certainly not essential as primary focus is the children as their still at quiet a time demanding age so can’t imagine there would be an awful lot of time for this.
