About Me
I am an experienced registered childminder who lives with my husband and one of my three Adult children aged 25.
I have a a large fully enclosed garden with a playhouse, mud kitchen, water/sand area and a variety of outdoor toys. I offer a warm home from home environment and provide a range of stimulating activities for all ages such as sensory/ messy play ,reading,role play as well as craft activities which may involve nature walks to make tree rubbings and use some of our finds at my setting.
My aim is to enable the children in my care to reach their full potential through play while following the eyfs curriculum.
I make use of local facilities such as the library,story time, local parks and woods and meet up with other childminders from my area.
My Experience
I have been childminding for many years and have experience with having 3 of my own grown up children and having 3 grandchildren from the age of birth.

Debbie’s been looking after my son, who’s now almost-five, and daughter, now two-and-a-half, since they were one. I consider myself and the kids extremely lucky to have found her. She’s been unwaveringly reliable and supportive, but more importantly she’s been constantly ambitious for their development and more caring than I could have hoped for. She’s always thinking of new and different activities they can do whilst also being flexible and ‘following their lead’ when they have their own ideas! My children absolutely love her and it really is their second home. Debbie’s family have been nothing but accepting of and kind to my children which makes her setting a real home-from-home. I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough.
