About Me
Hello, nice to meet you! My name is Esme and I am a Mum to a beautiful baby girl. I have worked in schools and nurseries for the past 10 years, and have experience with newborns up to teenagers! I recently left my nursery job in order to have my own baby and have been focusing my time on my own little one for the past year. Now that she is getting a bit older, I am keen to get back into childcare in a way that works around family life. I can offer daytime or evening childminding/babysitting during the week (by prior arrangement) and ad hoc on weekends or during school holidays.
My Experience
I have 5 years experience working as a Teaching Assistant in a primary school in Uckfield which I absolutely loved. During this time, I also worked as an Individual Needs Assistant for pupils with Additional Needs. Since relocating to Seaford during the pandemic, I have worked in a few nurseries, working in a variety of different rooms from birth-4 years. Now that I am a mum myself, I have even more hands-on experience. I have strong maternal instincts and just love to see children happy.

Teaching Assistant and Nursery experience approx. 10 years
Paediatric First Aid completed in March 2023
My Availability
Daytime would have to be discussed in order to get childcare for my own child, or bring her with me if that is something you would be comfortable with! Evenings I can be available when needed, and the same with weekends.
