2,3 and 4 year old 15 hrs funding available, subject to vacancies. I offer 30 hours funding for 3 and 4 year olds.
I am a Ofsted Registered Childminder living in Balby. Just off Oswin Ave. I am into my 23rd year as a Childminder. Loving every minute.
My Ofsted Inspection is graded GOOD. Working to the EYFS 2014 framework.
HOURS OF BUSINESS:
Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, 7.30am - 17:30
I take 28days annual leave per year.
Previous to Childminding i worked at Hexthorpe Primary School in Nursery, Foundation 1 and year 4.
I have one Son he is of mixed parentage age 27 so I understand ethnic and cultural provisions.
He has graduated from Sheffield University with a 2.1 in Studying Teaching and Coaching Sports. My son has a full Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service certificate a Ofsted suitably letter to work with Children, and holds a Level 2 Paediatric First Aid & Epipen 12 hour training certificate.

I have full public liability insurance.
I have various certificates that are updated regularly and can be viewed in my training portfolio.
I have a certificate in Practical Parenting,
I attend regular meetings of childminders. I aim to help all parents in any way possible within reason.
I have had my Ofsted Inspection and was classed as GOOD with elements of OUTSTANDING under the Early Years Foundation Stage 2014 Framework.
I am a member of Pacey and Balby Childminding group.
I have been childminding for 22 years, previous to childminding i worked at Hexthorpe Primary School. I gained my NVQ 2 IN Early Years and Education at Hexthorpe Primary School, therefore i am able to support your child with homework in almost every subject.
I have completed the 'Diploma in Homebased Childcare' Level 3. Gaining 100 out of 100 in all 4 units.
I have converted my garage into a dedicated playroom for my childminding business. The children create colourful displays to place on the wall. I work to EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage).
I have a downstairs toilet and hand washing facilities. All children receive free milk everyday.
I have been graded by Ofsted as GOOD with elements of OUTSTANDING under the EARLY YEARS FRAMEWORK SERVICE 2014.
All children are treated as individuals and are given the respect they deserve.
All children in my setting will experience a warm and fun loving environment.
I provide a wide range of fun and educational toys, both inside and outdoors.
I take the children on regular outings and we attend weekly childminding sessions at the local Family Hubs in Balby and Central.
I offer a happy and safe environment to enable children to learn and have fun.
I have a fully enclosed rear garden close to parks and play areas.

My Experience
I have worked as a childminder for 23 years..
Previously i worked as a Learning Support Teacher at Hexthorpe Primary School for 3 years where i gained my NVQ2 in Early Years and Education. I worked in Nursery, Reception and year 4 classes.
I can offer educational support in numeracy, literacy and writing and homework in general.
My Qualifications
I have completed my 'DIPLOMA in HOME-BASED CHILDCARE' level 3, achieving GRADE A and 100 out of 100 in all 4 units.

I hold numerous certificates that are available in my portfolio.
I am continuously attending training sessions to enhance and update my knowledge of childminding.

THURSDAY 07.30am - 17:30
Full Time, Part Time, Weekdays, Weekends, Term Times, Half-term, School Holidays, All Year, Early Mornings before 8.00 am, Flexible within reason.
I drop off and pick up from Balby Central Primary School. Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs.. AM & PM.

I can’t begin to tell how amazing Joy is. My 2 nearly 3 year old has come on leaps since going to Joys. He’s always happy to go and is always in a good mood when we pick him. Hes so much better at interacting with other children now which is lovely to see instead of him mostly playing by himself. My 6 year old also goes before and after school she’s so excited to go she wants to go everyday 😂😂

My little boy went to Joy from being 7 months old and stayed up until him going to full time school. He loved going and Joy was great with him through the years really helping with educational development. It felt like a little family with a few of the other kids. Joy really cares for the kids and that’s why they love her. We still have to go round every now and again to say hello and catch up. I would highly recommend
