About Me
I am a passionate and dedicated individual and making a positive difference in children's lives is extremely important to me. I have had previous experience with a variety of children with different needs and at different ages. Including working closely with other professionals to achieve the child's developmental goals. As well as this developing my own skills such as time-keeping, maintaining a professional image and following all policies and procedures.

My main experaince with children was at a local nursery (1-4 years) undertaking tasks such as-

Activity Plans
Weekly Planning and tracking of child development
Child observations
Targets and developmental goals
Health and care routines
1:1 sessions in Speech impairment, behavioural issues and Autism - assisting with referrals and implementation of observations
Working with families with daily feedback
Maintaining professional boundaries
Strict following of the Nursery Policies and Procedures
Evidence based folders supporting vulnerable children
i have also worked with children in schools, within placements at college and university. Furthermore i have also worked with older children of 10-11 years and 16 years on two separate seasons.
My Qualifications
GCSES- higher maths, English language and literacy and PE
Diploma in childcare Level 3- B
Psychology in child development degree
currently completing TEFL course (teaching English as foreign language)
