Looking For Occasional Support/ Stop Overs For 14 Yr Old

About Me
We are a couple based in Atherstone, Warwickshire whom require very occasional help looking after our 14 year old Nephew (who we look after). We moved to this area to care for him so have to travel back home periodically and also for work. The support we require is not actual set times or days, but more on and off and as and when needed. We can sometimes base our visits off the Carers availability. We also have a 2 year old, whom mostly would come with us on stop overs, but there may be very occasional requirement of few hours a time baby sitting (our Nephew would help here too).
My Requirements
Most of help will be required over Spring / Summer / Autumn period, we need one or two days a few times a month (where we would need a carer to stop / sleep over). There may be times we have to travel for 1 week. This would only happen once or twice per year.
When our Nephew is at School during the day, we would only require a sleep over on site from 16.00pm to 07.15am next day.
Mostly we would be away on a Friday through to Sunday... so help would be required from 16.00 on Friday, through to Sunday early evening. Carer doesn't have to be there all of Saturday and Sunday daytime, as Grandad lives on site also. Perhaps occasional pop-ins to check all ok. (if local)
We can be quite flexible generally around carers timetable too. We will be travelling more so in the months of July and August.
Our Nephew is a mature 14 year old and mostly looks after himself, so any carer would need to: check homework completed, school clothes ready for next day, cook, tidy or clean house. ( Basic jobs)
There will be very very occasional times whereby we also need help with our 2 year old. Our Nephew will also help out on these occasions. It will only be a few hours per time.
This is a very occasional role with no set rota, so maybe an ideally person would be someone retired (flexible), or whom works outside of the hours of 16.00pm to 07.15am next day. Any applicant would need to go through a DBS check (we can obtain) and ideally supply a reference, if unknown to us.
