Hello family!
I am a super friendly and fun nanny living in Notting Hill, I’m married to a songwriter/musician and originally from Norway, but speak fluent English.
We are currently moving to our new home in Thames ditton, which is why I am looking for a new job.
I love helping children of all ages to learn through educational games, play, and to develop great manners and social skills.
I also love doing digital art illustrations and I’m currently very flexible with time. Im fully committed to give all my attention to every nanny job I get the opportunity take on!
I enjoy cooking, cleaning and am a real homemaker at heart. I have owned both a house organisation business and cleaning business for 3 years.
I consider myself to be a super caring, hardworking and disciplined individual with a great passion and care for children.
I create warm, safe & secure environments for children to develop and thrive in, and I believe to have a natural gift when it comes to caring for all mental and physical needs of children.
My Experience
I have been a full time nanny for the past five years. I have been looking after 3 amazing children (B2, B4, G5) doing school pick ups, house keeping, organising, cooking meals, and bedtime routines.
I am currently working for a wonderful family in Hampstead who I have been with for the past three years, looking after B4 and B9. My role is house manager/nanny.
After caring for children voluntarily in the church nursery for many years and additionally running a successful cleaning business. I have developed an excellent grasp of the systems essential, for a well run family home. Including cleanliness, ironing, washing & organisation.
I can cook, and have an understanding of healthy nutritional value, food safety and hygiene. *References available on request
My Qualifications
Alongside having a Paediatric first aid qualification, I have many hobbies and interests such as gardening, knitting, hiking, animals, art, and fitness. I also have extensive skills as a painter and artist, skiing, swimming and ballet. I am extremely open and happy to share these skills to both educate and build confidence with all children I nanny. I have worked with many children voluntarily in organisations as well as babysitting for family members over many years. Mostly children aged 1-6
My Availability
I am flexible with timings and working days, but I value clear communication ahead of time with extra required working days and evening’s. I have my own car, and consider myself to be a competent experienced driver.
