Dear families, my name is Melissa and I am 23 years old from North London. First Class Honours in Education and sociology at Goldsmiths University and hope to become a teacher in the future. I speak two languages fluently (Turkish and English).
I adore what I am doing, it has become such a great experience watching children develop, learn, and gain great understanding with the outer world. I provide a caring and loving educational setting for children.
I would describe myself as trustworthy, caring and reliable. I get along with children quite quickly which makes me love what I’m doing more! Some things I’m intrigued by are art, books and sports!
My Experience
I have more than 3 year of experience in childcare. I started nannying in 2019. I have worked with four families so far (references upon request). I have nannied children between 1-6 year old. My main duties are feeding, tutoring, school pick ups, creating fun educational activities, going out for a walk, etc. I also offer TUITION.
Currently looking for a part-time role as I am working as a learning mentor in a secondary school and sixth form.
My Qualifications
6 GCSE’s including English, Maths and Science.
Health and Social Care (Distinction, Merit, Merit)
1:1 First Class Honours In Education Studies & Sociology.
Have experience with children age 1-6 years.
DBS Check
Full UK driving license (own car)
