Qualified primary teacher. Looking for work on my days off, nannying, tutoring or babysitting.
My Experience
I am a qualified primary school teacher with 5 years experience working with children as a teacher, through nannying, babysitting and nursery settings alongside breakfast and after school clubs.
I have experience working one on one with children with additional support needs from being in nurseries and from a befriending job. Through volunteering I have experience working in an outdoor setting engaging in activities involving natural resources. I have prepared snacks and meals, provided fun activities for children, undertaken daily housework duties like cooking and cleaning and helping with homework.
Through teaching I know how to set up fun and engaging activities for children, especially in their younger years. I also have a depth of understanding with child development.
I have just enrolled in a part time Masters degree in Play Therapy and looking for part time nanny work while completing the course.
My Qualifications
I have a Bachelors degree in Child and Youth Studies and a PGDE in primary education. I hold a child protection certificate and I am also PVG and GTCS registered.
