About Me
I am a mum of three sons, I live with my partner. I have three Sons 28,24 & 20. I have a granddaughter and grandson. I am a home based childminder and have been registered since 2008. I work along side my assistant Donna who has been with me for 14+years and my apprentice who is now qualified as a level 2 early years practitioner. All adults over the age of 16 in our household are DBS checked. I have an outdoor garden room purpose built for us to mind the children from, with us being home based it gives us the chance to mainly use the one space for all the children to have access to more resources most of the time. The outdoor area is all newly developed to ensure a safe environment for the children to explore the outdoors as much as possible.
My Experience
I am a level 3 qualified early years practitioner , I worked in a primary school for many years and also worked in the after school and holiday club when my boys where young, I have been registered with ofsted since august 2008. I am qualified as a level 3 early years SENCO.
My Qualifications
I am a qualified early years practitioner and have NVQ level 3 in early years development and education, I have an up to date first aid certificate, safeguarding and prevent.
We had our Ofsted inspection 26th October 2023 and are graded an overall good with lots of outstanding values, the inspector was extremely impressed by the way we work in our setting and we are absolutely delighted with her report. I am a Pacey member and my public liability insurance is up to date.
I am an early years SENCO level 3.

My Availability
We currently have a waiting list for new parents wanting childcare, we prioritise the list to who suits times and days available instead of working our way down a first come first serve basis, this is down to adult to child ratios.

My Fees
- Childminding from £7.50 per hour
WE OFFER GOVERNMENT FUNDED HOURS & TAX FREE CHILDCARE FOR WORKING PARENTS!! We work on a £50.00 daily rate, this is inclusive of snacks, lunches, days out etc…... WE DO NOT HAVE AN HOURLY RATE!!!!! For wrap around care payment will be discussed depending on weather you require school holidays etc….. We will accommodate unsociable hours but again we can discuss all this further. Daily rates will vary and we will also consider discounts for families with more than one child in our care.
